Electric heaters
Electric heating has a number of benefits over fossil fuel pwered central heating.
Electric heaters do not need any pipe-work as they only need a connection to the electrical circuit(s) therefore it can usually be installed in a few minutes which makes installation far easier and cheaper.
This means electric heaters can go in at the second fix wiring stage for new build properties and minimal disruption to a property where the heaters are being replaced.
Furthermore, as electric heaters can work independently or as part of a system, it is easy and cheap to add heaters as required.
It is worth considering that not only are electric heaters cheaper to install but they are all maintenance free, as opposed to fossil fuel powered central heating systems that will consist of a boiler that requires servicing.
