The Amcor easy install split air conditioning systems have virtually all the benefits of traditional split systems, including the main source of noise (the compressor) being mounted outside and only require a small hole about two inches in diameter to run pipe work to the outside of the building / conservatory.
Like traditional split systems they have a condenser and compressor positioned in the outdoor unit and the evaporator mounted in the air handling unit positioned inside the conservatory.
The ‘easy install’ systems are supplied with interconnecting pipe work that is pre-gassed.
The system is supplied with an easy to install bracket to hang the indoor unit on and the outdoor unit can be positioned either on a bracket or at ground level.
The indoor and outdoor units are connected by the four meters of pre-gassed pipe roughly two inches in diameter.
The system is commissioned by simply connecting these two pre-gassed pipes.
Once the indoor unit is plugged into to a socket the system is ready to use.
